<p>I feel uncomfortable every time I drive. If for instance, I am driving over the speed limit by 10 for 35 seconds because I&#8217;m watching the road, traffic and my surroundings I have to be fortunate not to be given a &#8216;ticket&#8217; by police. Why should I be victimized for something of this nature? I say victimized because I would be the only person involved that suffers punishment by threat of force when I caused literally no harm to anyone or any thing.</p>
<p>I want to go deeper into this point. I have a prospective that probably differs from the status-quo when it comes to what I call victimless &#8216;crimes&#8217;. If I choose to drive 90mph, regardless of whether that is a wise choice or not, it is my choice to make. Other drives have the right to be angry at me for the way I drive if they choose but my question is; if I don&#8217;t hurt anyone or any thing by doing it, then what am I being punished for? If I refuse this punishment my options are force, incarceration or both. Still for not harming anyone or any thing.</p>
<p>I understand that it is a preventative measure to avoid possible harm but my question and concern however, is at what point does crime prevention become pre-crime? Now, on the other hand, if I do harm someone or damage something and my speed is a direct cause, then reasonable punishment should be expected.</p>

<p>What if this same logic regarding &#8216;speeding&#8217; and &#8216;victimless crimes&#8217; was applied to everything else? What if the threat of force by authority and law only applied to people that actually caused harm or damage? In my opinion, this is what freedom truly is. anything else is oppression that borders on tyranny. Furthermore, If you need a license or a permit to exercise your rights (to which you are born with), then you are asking permission to have and use those rights. Those are not rights, they&#8217;re privileges.</p>

<p>Really? Are you kidding me? I suppose I shouldn&#8217;t be surprised. Every time a &#8220;celebrity&#8221; dies, it always makes bigger news then anything that actually matters. <p>This guy knew that child molestation was taking place at Penn State University, yet said nothing to anyone that could put a stop to it. He was more concerned about the reputation of his damned college then the welfare of the children. Give me a break.</p>

<p>During the game on January 8th, 2012, there was a strange anomaly over the Mile-High Stadium in Colorado. It appears to be some kind of smoke ring.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s currently unknown what caused the ring but several theories, ranging from realistic to humorous and extract, are of course already spreading.<br />
1. Fireworks from the scoreboard.<br />
2. Malfunctioning chemtrail sprayer.<br />
3. CERN.<br />
4. Leprochauns.<br />
5. UFO.<br />
6. God farted.</p>
<p>While the most reasonable answer is the first, there is something else worth looking at. There is another anomaly within the anomaly. A strange object appears just below the ring in one of the photos. It has yet to be identified.</p>

<p>I have been quietly making fuel increase / decrease predictions for the last year now with 100% accuracy. The only person who knows this is my mother because I haven&#8217;t been public with it. In all honesty, I was guessing mostly based on what knowledge I had regarding current events that were NOT being adequately covered in the mainstream news. Apparently I was able to guess correctly or I was able to properly read the signs.</p>
<p>I believe that gas is about to go up, and soon. It may also go up quite a lot. Below are the reasons for this prediction.</p>

<p>With these events occurring simultaneously, something is afoot. At least, that&#8217;s my opinion. I think it would be wise to fill your gas cans as soon as possible if you can afford it. It couldn&#8217;t hurt to grab a little extra water and food storage either.</p>

<p>I have come to the conclusion that I will vote for Ron Paul. &#8220;Why vote if the system is rigged&#8221;, you might ask? Well, even if the president had the unilateral power to effect the change necessary to rectify our serious problems, that kind of power should not exist for any president. But&#8230; someone, somewhere will see the results of the votes regardless of whether or not the public results outcome matches the legitimate status-quo. If anything, it will send a message to the bean counters.</p>
<p>The reason Ron Paul won’t be “elected” in 2012 is simple. The whole system is rigged and government is defacto. The powers that be need to make the followers of Ron Paul believe that he can win because when he doesn’t the people that follow Ron Paul will believe that if he was “elected”, real and positive change could be effected. When this happens, and it will, people that still believe a politician can solve political problems in our current system will continue playing their game and won&#8217;t realize that it&#8217;s just one giant scam.</p>
<p>Realistically, the president isn’t in control of the nation. The president in our current day and age is nothing but a puppet for the masters pulling the strings from behind the curtain. It has absolutely nothing to do with left / right / Republican / Democrat or any damn political party. There may have been a few presidents in our past that slipped past the power oligarchy when voting wasn’t so easily manipulated with computers, television &#038; radio medias and the indoctrination mechanism labeled as public education.</p>
<p>Assuming the government wasn’t corrupt beyond repair and Ron Paul was actually elected AND was capable of instituting his policies (which by the way, I agree with most of them), removing the Federal Reserve (which also is a good idea) and we went to a gold standard, it wouldn&#8217;t work. This is in fact a horrible idea. The reason that’s such a bad idea is; (#1) – If the Federal Reserve goes away, what will it be replaced with? I think the IMF (International Monetary Fund) will take over and create some kind of currency that resembles the European Union with Canada and Mexico. Further, the currency may be digital which could be hugely detrimental to the ability to control your own money without the thieving hands of the elite simply taking it whenever they wanted or shutting off your ability to purchase when you dissented against them in any way they didn’t approve of. (#2) – Going to a gold standard sounds like a great idea at first because it’s always maintained its purchasing power throughout all of our known history. The problem with this of course is that the controlling money and power brokers already have the market cornered on the majority of gold and it would be difficult to have reasonable purchasing power due to the lack of it in the free market.</p>
<p>The real solution to creating a sound money in a free market is to enable the exchange of ALL precious metals. Gold, silver, copper, platinum, etc. – all of them.</p>
<p>Ron Paul is absolutely correct about one major issue though – the government is way too large and has its greedy oppressive corrupt hands dipped in everyone’s business. You just about can’t wipe your ass these days without needing a permit from some bloated useless bureaucracy. Fees, permits (asking permission), unapportioned taxes are rampant and killing everyone’s individual ability to “make ends meet”. Unconstitutional acts are taking place on an hourly interval and the majority of the masses don&#8217;t do a damn thing about it or even realize that the house of cards is about to come crashing down around them.</p>
<p>Fascism is defined as the government running corporations. We have a new form of Fascism here in the United States of America and that’s the corporations running the government. The result is the same. In actuality, if you do some research, you&#8217;ll discover that 99% of the government IS a corporation.</p>

<p>Before I start this article, I should make it quite clear that many in opposition of the Sovereign Citizen Movement will say whatever they can to discredit the whole thing as much as possible (normally by attacks of labels such as extremists, domestic terrorists and nut-jobs). In fact, just to show the bias of the whole thing; if you go searching for what the movement is, the majority of the results and almost all of the top results will be in opposition.  However, what those in opposition don&#8217;t do and won&#8217;t do, is show you the law. Because if they do, they will quite simply prove themselves wrong.</p>
<p>While there is an extremist element that is unstable, hostile or dangerous and uses the movement for malicious purposes this is not the majority. This minority fringe element has been emphasized as the only definition and is quite simply not the case. There are powerful people in high places that don&#8217;t desire to lose their corrupted control mechanism and the Sovereign movement has exposed their fallacy thus representing a &#8216;danger&#8217; to their &#8216;way of life&#8217;.</p>
<p>The common misconception is that a Sovereign claims that they are not subject to any laws or government. The reality however, is that everyone is Sovereign but most have not been able to properly or adequately research a conclusion that their identity is in fact a duality. The only difference between those involved in the movement and those that either don&#8217;t know about it or are in opposition, is that those involved recognize the difference between Common Law and Legalese or (Maritime Admiralty Law).</p>
<p>The duality I speak of is that of a Sovereign and a <a href="http://www.utahfreestate.us/Home/UCLJRM%20Propria%20persona%20and%20Sui%20Juris%20or%20Slave%20as%20Pro%20Se.htm" target="_blank">Strawman</a>.</p>

<p>Did you know there is a difference between the United States and The United States of America? One is defined as a corporate entity and the other is a Sovereign Union of the territories of land (known as States) that make up the country. According to <a href="http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/usc_sec_28_00003002----000-.html" target="_blank">Title 28 &#8211; Part VI, Chapter 176, Subchapter A, Section 3002</a>, The &#8220;United States&#8221; is defined as &#8220;a Federal corporation&#8221;.</p>
<p>When looking through historical documents, one very important aspect to consider is the capitalization of words. Citizen, citizen, Person, person, and so on. It&#8217;s also noteworthy to look at the <a href="http://www.usconstitution.net/xconst_Am14.html" target="_blank">14th Amendment</a>. This is where the Constitution changes the capitalization of the word <strong>citizen</strong> (From upper to lower case). It is also noteworthy to look at the definition of the word Person.</p>
<p><em>Person &#8211; The Revised Code of Washington, RCW 1.16.080, (I live in Washington State) defines a person as follows: &#8220;The term &#8216;person&#8217; may be construed to include the United States, this state, or any state or territory, or any public or private corporation, as well as an individual.&#8221;</p>
<p>Person &#8211; Black&#8217;s Law Dictionary 6th Edition, pg. 791, defines &#8216;person&#8217; as follows: &#8220;In general usage, a human being (i.e. natural person), though by statute term may include labor organizations, partnerships, associations, corporations, legal representatives, trustees, trustees in bankruptcy, or receivers.&#8221;</p>
<p>Person &#8211; Oran&#8217;s Dictionary of the Law, West Group 1999, defines Person as: 1. A human being (a &#8220;natural&#8221; person). 2. A corporation (an &#8220;artificial&#8221; person). Corporations are treated as persons in many legal situations. Also, the word &#8220;person&#8221; includes corporations in most definitions in this dictionary. 3. Any other &#8220;being&#8221; entitled to sue as a legal entity (a government, an association, a group of Trustees, etc.). 4. The plural of person is persons, not people (see that word). -</p>
<p>Person &#8211; Duhaime&#8217;s Law Dictionary. An entity with legal rights and existence including the ability to sue and be sued, to sign contracts, to receive gifts, to appear in court either by themselves or by lawyer and, generally, other powers incidental to the full expression of the entity in law. Individuals are &#8220;persons&#8221; in law unless they are minors or under some kind of other incapacity such as a court finding of mental incapacity. Many laws give certain powers to &#8220;persons&#8221; which, in almost all instances, includes business organizations that have been formally registered such as partnerships, corporations or associations. -</p>
<p>Person, noun. per&#8217;sn. &#8211; Webster&#8217;s 1828 Dictionary. Defines person as: [Latin persona; said to be compounded of per, through or by, and sonus, sound; a Latin word signifying primarily a mask used by actors on the stage.]</p>
<p>legal person &#8211; Merriam-Webster&#8217;s Dictionary of Law 1996, defines a legal person as : a body of persons or an entity (as a corporation) considered as having many of the rights and responsibilities of a natural person and esp. the capacity to sue and be sued.</em></p>
<p>The problem with becoming Sovereign, as you already are, but without the burden of representing your Corporate entity, is the practicality. Without many years of research and study of historical documents and law, you cannot adequately defend your Sovereignty. You will continually be harassed and insulted by the powers that be and those who blindly acclimate to the establishment. While we do need to fight against this tyranny that oppresses us and uses us as collateral for commerce, it is (and designed to be) a very difficult task to exclude yourself from this &#8216;system&#8217;.</p>
<p>There are some, in fact quite a few, who are actively fighting to rid themselves of this tyrannical control mechanism, but as of now it is not enough. The movement continues to grow regardless of its opposition but still remains a vast minority. The question now remains, will this movement free us before the &#8216;system&#8217; itself collapses due to its unsustainability? If the &#8216;system&#8217; collapses, then it won&#8217;t matter until others try to reinstate it&#8230; and they will because too many are still complacent in their belief structures. Meanwhile, fighting the corporate government and learning how to become independent of this linguistic form of slavery is vitally important.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong><em>&#8230;And why I won&#8217;t say it anymore!</em></strong></span></p>
<p>This opinion is likely going to be offensive or controversial to some. However, those that it offend, I would consider narrow minded sheepish followers of tradition, idol worship, materialism and symbolism. Narrow minded because they haven&#8217;t researched the history surrounding the creation of the Pledge of Allegiance. Sheepish followers of tradition because they are blindly complicit with something they don&#8217;t fully comprehend. Idol worship, materialism and symbolism because, while the symbology does represent something that has meaning, the symbol itself only has the power that people allocate to it. Some people go so far as to protect it as if it were a family member, when any acts of &#8220;desecration&#8221; are simply a statement that causes no physical harm. Psychological.</p>
<p>The portions of the Pledge that I do fully support are, &#8220;and to the Republic&#8221; and &#8220;with liberty and justice for all&#8221;. I am not anti-American and I fully support our Nation as a country with borders &amp; society of individual sovereigns. I despise tyranny and oppression.</p>
<p>The uniform simultaneous act of standing to attention in a semi-military fashion to pledge an allegiance to a flag, is an act of herd mentality that promotes conformity of the masses. Speaking of military, the same methods are used in bringing new recruits into mindless uniform conformity. While it may be necessary for military to function proficiently, it is not necessary for the every day patron unless control of sorts is a desirable agenda.</p>
<p>Considering the Pledge originated from a socialist minister named Francis Bellamy and the publishing in <em>The Youth&#8217;s Companion</em>, for some reason rings similar to the Hitler Youth. Furthermore, the original Bellamy salute began with a military salute and the words &#8220;to the flag&#8221;. In World War II, the salute too much resembled the Nazi salute and was changed to keep the right hand over the heart. The words &#8220;the Flag of the United States of America&#8221; were added in 1923 and the Pledge was used during the times of mass immigration to the United States of America to inform these new Americans that their allegiance belonged to this country and no other.</p>
<p>And this is why I will not participate in The Pledge of Allegiance. My loyalties to my Nation are not in words, but in actions.</p>

<p>What most people don’t know is that when one is violating any of the 50 volumes and 23,000 pages (counted in the 1980’s) of federal laws while in possession of a firearm, it becomes a “federal gun charge”. As the <a href="http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702304319804576389601079728920.html?mod=googlenews_wsj" target="_blank"><em>Wall Street Journal</em></a> says, “For decades, the task of counting the total number of federal criminal laws has bedeviled lawyers, academics and government officials.” Yet, not knowing the law, is not an excuse.</p>
<p>When someone is under scrutiny by “authority” and you hear the words “federal gun charges” from media, immediately you assume the charges were serious and involved major misuse of a firearm. However, you should know that’s exactly what is intended when phrases are used in such context. It is a form of subliminal messaging, indoctrination or linguistic programming and intended to invoke a reaction or emotional response. One of the darker aspects of psychology at work in these regards.</p>
<p>According to <a href="http://www.writersservices.com/wps/p_word_count.htm" target="_blank"><em>Writers Services</em></a>, “A good working average is 400” when it comes to the number of words per page. If we use this average and multiply by 23,000 pages, that makes 9,200,000 words. According to <a href="http://www.execuread.com/facts.htm" target="_blank"><em>ExecuRead</em></a> the average person reads 200 to 250 words per minute. 9,200,000 divided by 200 equals 46,000 minutes, which is 766.67 hours, which breaks down to 32 days.  The question following then remains, “how long will it take you to remember them all”? To go deeper down this “rabbit hole”, how long would it take you to know all of the precedence set by courts for all laws that have been challenged? Can you find them? If you can find them, how long would it take? The point I’m making here is that there are so many variables associated with actually knowing all of the federal laws, that it is practically impossible to measure. The short answer is that it would take a very long time. Beyond practicality.</p>

<p>I have to revise my statement about this Bill. I have found that <a href="http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c112:S.1867:" target="_blank">Section 1031</a> does indeed exist. This Bill does state all the nasty things that people claim and allows for infinite detention without due process under the premise of &#8220;Law of War&#8221;. However, considering that this only applies to citizens and not <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">C</span></strong>itizens&#8230; it only applies to the <a href="http://www.utahfreestate.us/Home/UCLJRM%20Propria%20persona%20and%20Sui%20Juris%20or%20Slave%20as%20Pro%20Se.htm" target="_blank">strawman</a>, <a href="http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread346428/pg1" target="_blank">CAPTIUS DIMINUTIO MAXIMA</a>.</p>

The Senate measure vote on whether or not to keep section 1031 took place and the measure stays.</p>

<p>There has been a lot of hype and speculation surrounding the controversial Senate Bill 1867, the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act.) Rumors have been spreading that the Bill has passed the Senate and that it contained the stipulations about indefinite detention of Americans without due process. This of course would violate the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 which prohibits the military from executing or enforcing the laws, except as authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress.</p>
<p>The commotion regarding this Senate Bill is currently unfounded &#8211; providing that trust in public government and media outlets is valid. According to a government website the <a href="http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d112:s.1867:" target="_blank">current status of Senate Bill 1867</a> is &#8220;Considered by Senate&#8221;. Section 1031, which was considered most controversial, appears to no longer be a part of the Bill according to the <a href="http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c112:S.1867:" target="_blank">current text</a>. Section 1032 however, still remains and is written as follows (partial):</p>
<p><em>(b) Applicability to United States Citizens and Lawful Resident Aliens-</em></p>
<p><em>(1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States.</em></p>
<p><em>(2) LAWFUL RESIDENT ALIENS- The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to a lawful resident alien of the United States on the basis of conduct taking place within the United States, except to the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States.</em></p>
<p>To my understanding, this means that they cannot detain a person in military custody and does not extend to citizens of the United States. While this may appear to have no implication on residents in the United States of America, be assured that it does. Here&#8217;s why&#8230;</p>
<p>Note specifically the language of the Bill. It states <strong>citizens</strong> of the <strong>United States</strong>. Blacks Law Dictionary and the <a href="http://www.usconstitution.net/xconst_Am14.html" target="_blank">14th Amendment of the Constitution</a> state (in part) that &#8220;All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.&#8221;</p>
<p>Note again, carefully, that the word &#8220;citizens&#8221; in the 14th Amendment is not Capitalized as it is in the previous 13 Amendments. Following the 14th Amendment, the word &#8220;citizen&#8221; in any form, is no longer capitalized. Also note that it says, &#8220;United States&#8221; rather than United States of America. What does this mean? Well, let&#8217;s examine a little bit further by reviewing the U.S. Code (Which by the way is a legal document and not a lawful one). According to <a href="http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/usc_sec_28_00003002----000-.html" target="_blank">Title 28 &#8211; Part VI, Chapter 176, Subchapter A, Section 3002</a>, The &#8220;United States&#8221; is defined as &#8220;a Federal corporation&#8221;.</p>
<p>In conclusion, this can be interpreted as not applying to 14th Amendment citizens of the United States, but it could apply to Citizens of the United States of America. Which are you? A citizen of the United States (Federal corporation) or a Citizen of The United States of America?</p>
<p>The truth of the matter is that our &#8220;government&#8221; is operating defacto and does not represent We The People. Is it possible that things have gone beyond the point of no return? Is there any measure of repair that can rectify this tyrannical mess? Is it time for non-compliance? What&#8217;s next?</p>

<p>OPINION:</p>
<p>It is my opinion that this Bill was intended to be completely unconstitutional and anger the American people. I think this was forced to pass the House and Senate so that Obama&#8217;s threat to veto the Bill can be exercised as a campaign popularity promotion. We shall see if this is the case or not when the Bill reaches the desk of the president.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s how I truly feel about this though &#8211; I don&#8217;t care what Bills / Laws they write and pass because I consider our current government to be illegitimate and defacto. Non-compliance is what I practice to the fullest extent. I will not support a tyrannical oppressive regime. Feel free to pass whatever crap you call &#8220;Law&#8221;. Furthermore, the Executive powers of the president allow them to bypass separation of powers anyhow, so what damn difference does it make whether they use Congress to pass laws or if they&#8217;re simply an Executive Order (signing statement) written by the president?</p>
<p>The fact is, the Patriot Act already allows for violation of the Constitution and the Posse Comitatus. The Bills concerning internet security and regulating free speech are rampantly circulating. This isn&#8217;t America anymore, it has become the USSA. And then some.</p>
